The exercise component of martial arts and the mental stress release provide countless health benefits for students. Seiden-Juku’s instructors incorporate special breathing techniques along with heart-rate accelerating activities during each class. We also see improvement in the self-esteem of our students, regardless of age. The mental and physical aspects of karate give students a sense of focus, control, and release.
